Zielke brings more than two decades of Human Resources experience to Genfare

Elk Grove Village, Ill. – April 3, 2019 – Genfare, a leader in fare collection solutions for transit agencies of all sizes, announces the hiring of its new Human Resources Manager, Ken Zielke.
Ken is a seasoned Human Resources professional with more than 20 years of experience in the human resources field. His background includes HR leadership with Clifton Larson Allen, Nalco Water, NanoInk, and Fresenius Medical Care.
Ken is a true HR generalist with a broad scope of knowledge and experience. He has demonstrated his ability to apply creative solutions to everyday problems ranging from recognition programs to organization design.

Ken holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources from Benedictine University. Additionally, he also has his Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Valparaiso University. Ken holds several certifications including a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) as well as a SHRM-CP certification from the Society for Human Resource Management.
