Company Renews Technology Focus Amid Software Growth

Elk Grove Village, Ill. – August 13, 2018 – Genfare, a leader in fare collection solutions for transit agencies of all sizes, announces that 10-year Genfare veteran Mark Mahon has been promoted to National Sales Director. In his new role, Mark will oversee the sales team, as well as lead efforts to expand Genfare’s presence in mobile ticketing, Mobility as a Service (MaaS), Software as a Service (SaaS), and ultimately, Data as a Service (DaaS).

Mark worked for Genfare as a consultant for four years, before becoming the Director of West Coast Sales in March of 2008. Prior to that tenure, Mark worked at the RTC in Las Vegas for more than 12 years.
