Genfare will no longer be manufacturing the Vendstar 2 Ticket Vending Machine (TVM-2). This product has been officially sunset by Genfare. As a result, the equipment and software is no longer upgradable.
We recommend upgrading your equipment to a Vendstar-3 or Vendstar-e to ensure service and serviceability. Please contact your sales point of contact to review your options. Should you need additional contact information on your sales representation, go to https://www.genfare.com/rep-locator.
Genfare will continue to service and provide replacement parts for as long as they are available. Should you need to replace a part please contact your customer service representative.
