Elk Grove Village, Ill. – April 9, 2019 – We are very pleased to welcome Eric Kaled to the SPX Executive Leadership Team as the new President of Genfare.

Eric is a highly accomplished and strategic P&L leader with industry experience in payment collections (hardware, software including Saas), technology innovation and transit.  He joins us from Crane, where he has spent the last 10 years in roles of increasing responsibility with the most recent being in the Payment Innovations and then the Connectivity Solutions groups as the Senior Vice President and General Manager.   Prior to Crane, he held a wide variety of roles at Teradyne, a leading supplier of automation equipment for test and industrial applications, over a 12+ year period.  He has a broad background with global experience across business development, commercial leadership, strategy, product development, project management and global operations.

Eric’s initial focus will be on supporting the growth initiatives that are underway in Genfare, including the expansion of our recurring revenue base in aftermarket, SMRT and technical services and support.  He will also partner with the team to leverage the capabilities with Genfare Link and our mobile ticketing technologies.  In addition to his extensive experience, Eric has a proven record of driving growth through innovation and building and leading strong, collaborative teams.  His approach will compliment and strengthen the work done to date to transition Genfare to a full solutions provider in the fare collection arena and facilitate potential growth opportunities into adjacent areas.

Eric has a Masters in Business Administration from University of California, Los Angeles and Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in New York.

Please join us in welcoming Eric to Genfare and in supporting him in his new role.
