As part of the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law, the U.S. Department of Transportation has made $120 million available to transportation agencies, metropolitan planning organizations, and state/local governments looking to use technology and innovation to improve their transportation system through the ATTAIN program.
ATTAIN provides funding to deploy, install, and operate advanced transportation technologies to improve safety, mobility, efficiency, system performance, intermodal connectivity, and infrastructure return on investment. USDOT will award between 10-20 projects through this notice. All projects will require 20% local match.
Transit agencies are eligible recipients and funding can be used for a wide variety of programs and projects including fare collection, enhanced mobility solutions, and other things that improve rider experience and increase ridership.
Applications are due February 2, 2024. For more information on how Genfare and our suite of solutions can be leveraged through this important program or to request support with your application, please contact the Business Development Director in your region.
